Charles Patrick O'Neill

Charles “Chuck” Patrick O’Neill, 71, of West Chester, PA, passed away December 11, 2022.

Born July 7, 1951 in Philadelphia, PA, he was the son of the late John Edward and Venus (nee Capobianco) O’Neill.

Chuck served honorably in the U.S. Navy. He worked as a nurse for over 40 years, last at Mercy Fitzgerald working in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab.   

Chuck was the beloved husband of Colleen K. (nee Kelly) O’Neill; loving father of Megan O’Neill, Charlie O’Neill, Joseph Daniels (Michelle), Elizabeth Daniels Mann (Will), and Kristyn Daniels Moss (Patrick); adoring grandfather of Boyd, Seamus, Nolan, Evan, Jameson, and Teagan; dear brother of Janet Protesto (John); and caring uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Services are private.
