Charles Valor Foulks, born October 29, 2015, passed away on December 22, 2015. He was the beloved son of Richard James and Mary Kate Rose Foulks (nee Webber).
In addition to his parents, Charles is survived by his paternal grandmother Phyllis Foulks, his maternal grandparents Mary and Joseph Webber, his uncle Joe Webber (Cheryl), his aunts Teresa Rennix (Sam) and Maura Dee (Billy) and many loving cousins. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Jeff Foulks and his uncle, Timothy Foulks.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit the family Thursday, December 31, 2015 9:00-10:00 AM St. Dorothy Church, 4910 Township Line Road, Drexel Hill, PA and to his Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
