Cele Bernard, age 96, of Elkins Park, PA, formerly of Philadelphia, PA, passed away on February 9, 2023.
Cele had been employed as a legal secretary and also as a seamstress. She was a spirited woman with strong values. She enjoyed her daily trips to McDonald’s.
A Graveside Service will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at 11:30 AM at Montrose Cemetery, 8504 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA.
