Cecilia Dunbar-Oertel

Cecilia Dunbar-Oertel, age 61, of Upper Darby, Pa, passed away November 12, 2023.

Born in Darby, Pa, she was the daughter of the late Francis E. “Dixie” Dunbar and Mary E Dunbar (Keefrieder). In addition to her parents, Cecilia was predeceased by brothers, Michael and Richard Dunbar, and sister, Mary Pat McCoy (Dunbar). She is survived by her husband, Warren Oertel, and children, Peter (Maria) and Sarah Dunbar-Oertel; her siblings, Greg and Paul Dunbar, and sisters, Ruth and Theresa Dunbar.

Interment Private.
