Carolyn M. Hayward, originally of Havertown, PA, passed away on Saturday, February 23, 2019.
Beloved only child of the late Russell and Mildred Hayward. Survived by her loving cat, Sweet Pea, and her godson Matthew Giello. Also survived by her very devoted lifelong friends.
Carolyn enjoyed traveling with her friends and loved to read. She especially loved animals of all kinds and donated to many different animal organizations. She loved her yoga classes, Zumba, and Pilates.
She graduated from Archbishop Prendergast and earned her Master's Degree from St. Joseph University.
She worked for many years as a paralegal for two different legal firms in Philadelphia.
Carolyn was a very devoted daughter, employee, and friend. She was loved by all and will be missed very much.
Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate her life Friday, March 1, 2019 from 10:00-11:00 AM at Sacred Heart Church, Manoa and Shelbourne Roads, Havertown, PA followed by her Memorial Mass at 11:00 AM.
Interment SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Carolyn's name to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 896, Hershey, PA 17033-0896, or Brandywine Valley SPCA, 1212 Phoenixville Pike, West Chester, PA 19380.
