Born in 1947 in Bedford, England, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Joan (Drage) Gardner.
Carol was the beloved wife of Bruce C. Wagner for 50 years; loving mother of Lori C. LePard (Keith) of West Chester and Steven C. Wagner (Allicia) of Ft. Myers, Fl.; loving grandmother of Jennifer, Reese, Bret, Grant, Dean, Ellie, Greg, Jeremy, Trey and 4 great-grandchildren.
She worked as the office manager at a doctors' office in Bryn Mawr Hospital.
