Carol A. Piraino, of Broomall, PA, a beloved member of her community, passed away peacefully on August 27, 2025, at the age of 82.

Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Ann (née Keating) Molineux.

Carol dedicated many years of her life to serving as a dental assistant, where her kindness and warm demeanor left a lasting impact on both her colleagues and patients.

Her nurturing spirit extended beyond her profession and into her family life, where she was truly the heart and soul of her household. Carol poured her love into her roles as a wife, mother, and grandmother, ensuring her family felt the warmth of her devotion every single day. A devoted churchgoer, Carol was known for her unwavering faith and dedication, attending services every Sunday.

Carol found joy in various pastimes that brought her happiness. She had a special fondness for the casino, where she loved playing the slot machines, and the camaraderie found in playing bingo. Additionally, Carol enjoyed watching crime drama shows, particularly her favorite, “Blue Bloods." She also had a sweet tooth and delighted in indulging in her favorite treats.

Carol is survived by her beloved husband, Anthony C. Piraino; her loving children, Kimberly A. Sommers, Anthony Piraino, and Cynthia Deegan. She is also survived by her adoring grandchildren, Damon, Kyle, Alexis, Vincent, Noelle, Violet, Adriana, Armani, Ariella, and Anthony, III, as well as her brothers, Barry Molineux and Phil Molineux. Carol is predeceased by her precious granddaughter, Nicolette, her sister, June Fiore and brother, Donald Molineux.

Carol’s life will be celebrated with a Visitation on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, between 9:00 am and 10:00 am at St. Pius X Church, 220 Lawrence Road, Broomall, PA 19008, followed by a Funeral Mass commencing at 10:00 am. Interment thereafter at SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
