Biagio A. "Bill" Contino, age 98, passed away on November 15, 2013. He was the beloved husband of the late Catherine A. (nee Procopio). Loving father of Maryann (Robert, Esq.) Henn. Grandfather of Michael (Kyra) Henn and Kirsten (Jamie) Schreiber. Great-grandfather of Leah, Alexandra, Derek and Kalista Henn. Brother of Bessie Porsia. Also survived by his sister-in-law and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, 2 brothers and 3 sisters.
Bill was a 1939 graduate of Temple University. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He had been employed by RCA as a Tester prior to retirement.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit the family Friday, November 22, 2013 9:00-9:50 AM St. Bernadette Church, 1035 Turner Avenue, Drexel Hill followed by his Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment Fernwood Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675 would be appreciated.
