Betty Lou Vanderwerff (nee Swain), 91, of West Chester, PA passed away on May 18, 2018.
Born in Norristown, Pa in 1926, Betty was the daughter of the late Thomas and Hilda (Hubbard) Swain.
Betty was the wife of the late William D. Vanderwerff; mother of Christina Stengl (Brian), Derek, Hilda Riale (Vincent) and Nicholas; grandmother of Kyle, Sarah, Garrett, Caitlin, Carl, Nikki, Nicole, Hunter and 6 great-grandchildren; and sister of Kenneth Swain.
Betty was an avid piano player, enjoyed singing and also modeled in her younger years.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Memorial Service 11:30 AM Monday, June 11, 2018 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382, 610-431-9000. Interment Private.
