Belen P. Toledo

Belen “Nanay” Pasco Toledo, 89, passed away on Monday evening, February 13, 2023. Born in Sta.Isabel Kawit Cavite, Philippines, Belen immigrated to the United States with her family in 1960. She was a lifelong member of the Catholic Church. The eldest daughter of 8, a mother of 3, Nanay to 11 grandchildren and Lola Nanay to 6 great-grandchildren – Belen was full of immense love and devotion to her family. Her caring, warm nature was felt by all of those close to her and the love she radiated for her family was easily seen by anyone who met her. Known for her classic one-liners and expressing her love through her cooking and countless family gatherings in her home, she has created a legacy of love within her children and grandchildren.

Belen leaves behind a large family who will continue to feel her adoring spirit and celebrate her wonderful life. She is preceded in death by her parents Avelino & Rosalina Pasco, husband Romeo Toledo. Sisters Arsenia Pasco, Flora Salinas and Zenaida del Rosario. She will be eternally celebrated and loved by her children Raquel Toledo, Romeo Toledo and Richard Toledo; grandchildren Meghan Deaver, Mallory Toledo, Chelsea Flaherty, Anastasia Toledo, Amy Toledo,Molly Flaherty, Lucy Toledo, Emma Toledo, Abigail Toledo, Beck Toledo & Ruby Toledo; siblings Eloisa Pasco, Perlita Sipat, Sandra Sison, Alexander Pasco; great-grandchildren Elizabeth Deaver, Emily Deaver, William Deaver, Otis Mistretta, Rui Mistretta & Westley Deaver; son-in-law John Flaherty; daughters-in-law Carrie Toledo & Melissa Toledo; and countless nieces and nephews. Having been enriched by Belen’s endless love, they will continue to carry her memory in their hearts forever.

Those wishing to honor and celebrate Belen are invited to her viewing on Sunday February 19^th from 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM and also Monday February 20^th from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM at The Knoetgen-Donohue Funeral Home 746 Kedron Ave. Morton, PA 19070 followed by her 11:00 AM Funeral Service. Burial to proceed to SS Peter & Paul Cemetery
