Barry E. Snyder, Sr., 72, of Coatesville, PA, passed away January 21, 2019.
Born July 15, 1946 in Parkesburg, PA, he was a son of the late Bud Snyder and Dorothy Leike.
He worked for Lukens Steel has a bricklayer and a steel worker until he retired in 1995.
Barry was the beloved husband of the late Betty Lou (nee Trego) Snyder; loving father of Barry "Butch" Snyder, Jr., and Bonita "Bonnie" Snyder (Janice Jones); adoring grandfather of Damien Getzey, Chase Snyder, and Sydney Snyder; caring great-grandfather of Kayden Getzey; and brother of Sandra Leike. He is also survived by his daughter-in-law, Lynne Snyder. He was predeceased by his son, Brian Snyder and his brother, Walter Eugene Snyder.
Services will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The American Cancer Society, 314 Good Drive, Lancaster, PA 17603.
