Barbara A. Cahill

Barbara A. Cahill (nee Lier), age 80, passed away on June 19, 2025.

Born in Darby, PA in 1944, she was the daughter of the late John J. and Ruth (nee Nester) Lier. Barbara was a Nurse at Kendal-Crosslands, Kennett Square, PA, for 30 years. She was an active religious member of various churches throughout her life and an avid follower of her nephew, Dr. Rob Pacienza, at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church. Barbara enjoyed cooking, baking, and gardening. She loved to travel, especially to her home in the Poconos, to the Jersey shore, or to Florida to be with her sister and family. Barbara took great pride in all her grandchildren.

Barbara was the beloved wife of William F. Cahill; loving mother of William F. Cahill, Jr. (Dawn), Mark B. Cahill, and Lisa S. McNeill (Thomas); caring grandmother of Austin Cahill, Scott Cahill, Madilyn Cahill, Alexander Cahill, Ryan McNeill, Brandon McNeill; dear sister of Sandra Cahill (Richard P.).

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 9:00-11:00 AM Monday, June 30, 2025 at The Donohue Funeral Home, 1627 West Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382, 610-431-9000, followed by her Funeral Service at 11:00 AM. Interment private.
