Audrey Bertha Rice

Audrey Bertha Rice, a beloved mother, grandmother, and cherished member of her community, passed away at the age of 94 on September 27, 2025, in Broomall, Pennsylvania. Born on August 7, 1931, in Chester, Pennsylvania, Audrey led a life marked by warmth and a nurturing spirit, as evidenced by her longstanding career as a cook.

Audrey was known for her sweet and loving personality, qualities that endeared her to many. 

She is survived by her son, Gregory Rice, her daughter Cristine, and her cherished grandchildren, Mark, Jacob, Sean, and Sean.

In reflecting on her legacy, we remember not only the vibrant life she lived but also the family ties that were often a focal point of her existence. Audrey joins her beloved family members in eternal rest, including her parents, Mary Biddle Craig and George Craig, as well as her children Brenda, Marsha, Deborah, Michael, Brian and her granddaughter, Colleen.

Audrey Bertha Rice's sweet spirit and generous heart have left a lasting impact on those who knew her. Her legacy of love and family will continue to resonate within the hearts of her surviving family and friends.
