Anthony Kalligonis

Anthony Jerry “Tony” Kalligonis, age 81, of West Chester, PA, passed away peacefully on August 6, 2020.

Born in Athens, Greece, he was the son of the late Jerry Anthony and Anastasia (nee Chantiles) Kalligonis.

Tony served his country honorably in the U.S. Army.  He was employed as a Federal Auditor with the US Department of Agriculture.  Tony was a member of St. Luke Greek Orthodox Church and was also an avid Philadelphia sports fan.

Tony was the loving father of Jerry Kalligonis, Tim Kalligonis (Jenn) and Andy Kalligonis (Sarah); the devoted grandfather of Lexie, A.J., Julian and Aidan, and dear brother of Betty Kalligonis (Wayne).  He is predeceased by his sister, Ellen Kalligonis.                     .

Services and interment will be held privately.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Tony’s memory to St. Luke Greek Orthodox Church, 35 N. Malin Road, Broomall, PA  19008, would be appreciated.
