Anna Tascione (nee Ottaviano), age 83, of Upper Darby, PA, passed away on April 29, 2018.
Born in Scerni, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Ferdinand and Philomena Ottaviano (nee Cimine).
Anna was a passionate, loyal, strong, loving, decisive and organized woman.
She loved her Catholic faith and praying aloud to the Blessed Mother and St. Anne.
She had great admiration for the Pope.
Her father was an influential person in her life.
Anna loved cooking, especially tomato sauce, pizza and pasta, gardening (plants and flowers everywhere) and singing.
She enjoyed visiting Rose Tree Park, Longwood Gardens, her home in Wildwood, NJ and Italy, but most of all, she loved her husband, children and grandchildren.
Anna is survived by her beloved husband, Mario Tascione, her loving children Paul Tascione (Elizabeth), Patricia O'Donnell (Patrick) and David Tascione (Loredana), her 10 grandchildren and her sister, Lina Boscetti.
Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing Thursday, May 3, 2018 10:00-11:00 AM St. Laurence Church, 8245 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA and to her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM.
Interment SS Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to the American Cancer Society, 1626 Locust Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103 would be appreciated.
