Alison L. Daggett

Alison Roan Daggett, age 61, of Upper Darby, PA passed away on November 3, 2022. Alison was born on October 28, 1961 in Aldan, Pennsylvania to the late Frank and Helen Roan.

Alison was the loving wife of Kevin Daggett; dear sister of Richard Roan (Mary Ann) and beloved step mother of Valerie Malone. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Ryan, Jillian, and Megan,  her sister in law Doreen Spatacco and brother in law James Daggett. She was predeceased by her sister Caryl and her brother Stephen.

Alison graduated from Upper Darby High School in 1979 and Bryn Mawr Nursing School in 1982. Alison then served as a nurse at Bryn Mawr Hospital for over 35 years in the Intensive Care Unit.  She is remembered and celebrated by countless patients who she lovingly cared for at the ICU. She is remembered as an exemplar of caring and professionalism.

Alison was a fervid fan of the Phillies and Eagles. She rejoiced at every Phillies and Eagles victory. 

Among Alison’s greatest joys were her wonderful nurse friends. She loved each of them. She also loved the shore and adored animals.

Alison joyfully married Kevin in 2017 and thoroughly enjoyed and celebrated Kevin’s large and loving family.

Alison was a beautiful, selfless and loving woman and a faithful Christian.

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at The Donohue Funeral Home, 8401 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, PA 19082, followed by her Memorial Service at 11:00 AM. Interment Private.
