Addison Marie Kelly "Addie", age 3 of Havertown, passed away suddenly February 13, 2014. Cherished daughter of Jeffrey Francis Kelly, Sr. and Kristen Kelly (nee Kane); beloved granddaughter of Lorraine B.Kelly (nee McDade) and the Late Joseph F. Kelly, Frank X. Kane, Jr. and Christine Kane (nee Guest); loving sister of Brooke Catherine and Jeffrey Frances Kelly, Jr. Addison is also survived by her many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
