Robert Bunner

Robert R. Bunner, age 81, of Aston, PA, passed away on September 25, 2020.   Born in Evansville, IN, he was the son of the late Gilbert R. and Eileen Bunner (nee Higgins).

Robert attended Temple University from 1960-1962.   He was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Robert was a well-known baseball player from Delaware County and played in the Little League World Series.   He was scouted by MLB teams while playing baseball in the United States Air Force.  Robert had been employed as Regional Sales Manager in the Computing Services and System Integration.

He enjoyed being with his grandchildren, golf and sports.

Robert was predeceased by his beloved wife, Eloise “Missy” Bunner (nee Halpin) and his siblings Daniel Bunner, Margie Livermore and Richard Bunner.

He is survived by his loving children Dan Bunner (Janet), John Bunner (Ramona), Bobby Bunner, Chris Bunner and T.J. Bunner.  Also survived by his dear grandchildren Brittany Bunner, Jessica Bunner, Joseph Bunner, Chelsey Bunner, Lucas Bunner, Abigail Bunner, Erica Spillers and Christopher Boulas.  He is also survived by his siblings Patricia Donato, Eileen Fulton and Gilbert Bunner.

Services and interment are private.
