Judith Renn

December 21, 1944 — October 19, 2021

Judith P. Renn, 76, of West Chester, PA, passed away suddenly October 19, 2021.

Born December 21, 1944 in Philadelphia, PA, she was a daughter of the late John and Constance (nee Quinn) Small.

She was a 1962 graduate of Archbishop Prendergast High School, graduated as an X-Ray Technician from Misericordia, and then went on to earn her certification as an R.N from Gwynedd Mercy University, balancing raising her children all the while. She worked as an R.N. at Paoli Hospital for over 40 years, mainly in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). She was an exceptional nurse. Her nursing duties never stopped as she cared for her growing family and over the past several years put her dedication into being the sole caretaker for Bill.

Judith enjoyed skiing, traveling the U.S. and abroad with Bill, and was a skilled knitter and sewer. She crafted blankets, Christmas stockings, and made baby sweaters for her family and friends. She took immaculate care and pride in her home. She was so much to so many and will be dearly missed.

She was the loving wife of 55 years of William L. Renn; loving mother of Brian W. Renn, Megan J. Porter (Michael), and Siobhan P. Lengel (Thomas); adoring mom-mom of Ainsley, Gavin, Patrick, Thomas, and John; and dear sister of Constance Dulin (the late John), Kevin Small, Michele DelCollo (the late John), Sheila Gwinner (Horst), and Terrence Small (Kimberly).

Relatives and friends are invited to her Visitation 10:00AM to 10:50 AM, Thursday November 4, 2021 at St. Peter Catholic Church, 2835 Manor Rd., West Brandywine, PA 19320, followed by her Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment St. Agnes Cemetery, West Chester.
