Anne Lindquist Smith, 75, of West Chester, PA, passed away June 30, 2020.

Born April 11, 1945 in Bryn Mawr, PA, she was a daughter of the late Alfred and Mary (nee Osmond) Lindquist.

Anne earned her Bachelor's Degree in Economics with honors from Immaculata University and worked as Executive Assistant of the Chester County Industrial Development Authority and the Chester County Commissioners before serving as Residential Community Manager for Milbern Builders.

She was an avid gardener and was devoted to the care and well-being of all animals. She was on the Board of the Mid-Atlantic Portugese Water Dog Club of America and was a Stablemate at Winstar Farms of Kentucky. In the human sphere, Anne was a passionate supporter of the UConn Women’s Basketball team and followed the PGA Golf Tour closely. Her favorite entertainments were Lawrence of Arabia (film), The Big Bang Theory (TV), and Mamma Mia! (stage). Musically, she most enjoyed Billie Holiday, Santana, and ABBA.

Anne is survived by her beloved husband of 38 years, William L. Smith; dear sister of Sandra Saybolt, John Lindquist, and half-brother, John Sullivan; and loving aunt of David Saybolt.

Services will be private.
