What a loss for all of you. Barbara was such a light to you and all

I did not personally know Dennis, but, through his mother, I did get
to know about him. I heard wonderful things about him, his wife, his

Dear Heather,
My deepest sympathy for your loss. I knew Dennis for only a short
time as our Account Executive for Genworth Financial’s Surety program.
He was a talented executive. He impressed us with his intellect,
tenacity and strong interpersonal abilities that helped him easily
build relationships so critical in our business.
But what I remember most about Dennis was the lunch we had at a local
Thai restaurant where he shared stories about you, your children and
made us laugh with his self deprecating humor about being from Maine
(smile).
I could tell he loved you and your children dearly. He will be
missed. I wish you all the best and hope that your sorrow is comforted
over time with the fond memories of your beloved husband.

While no words of mind can ease your loss, I can only offer my sincere
condolences for the lost of your father. Even though I did not know
you father personally, through meeting you, I can see that you were
raised in a loving and warm family. Your personal demeanor and the
values you have I know came from the family in which you were raised.
I can only imagine how much of an impact your father has had on how
compassionate and caring a person you are. It is obvious that you were
very fortunate to have such a fine man as your father and role model
as you grew into the person you are today.
